Arbormated is a comprehensive hardware and software solution providing innovative irrigation systems. As the lead developer, I am responsible for both the front-end and back-end development, collaborating with a team working on the mobile app and hardware.
Developed a responsive frontend website to showcase company products and platform features, built with scalability and future e-commerce integration in mind. The site serves as a portfolio hub for all offerings and will soon support direct hardware ordering.
Leveraged ReactLeaflet to build a dynamic and interactive map interface, accurately rendering farms, pumps, and water lines based on precise geospatial coordinates. This advanced mapping feature empowers users with real-time control over irrigation systems, allowing them to monitor and adjust water distribution for optimal farming efficiency.
In parallel, integrated Three.js to develop immersive 3D visualizations of farm environments, enabling users to explore terrain, infrastructure, and water flow in a spatially intuitive format. This 3D layer enhances decision-making by providing a deeper understanding of physical layouts and operational dynamics.
Architected and developed a scalable backend system from scratch using Express.js and MySQL, structured around the service-repository pattern. The system featured RESTful APIs tailored for hardware, mobile, and frontend teams, with synchronized cron jobs across global time zones. Real-time communication was enabled via the MQTT protocol with a self-hosted EMQX broker. Implemented Redis for caching, integrated a third-party weather API, and stored 3D models in Cloudflare R2 (S3-compatible). Subscription management was handled via Stripe with tiered access and billing.
Minimis Phone is a minimalist launcher designed to help you reclaim your time and attention. With built-in mindfulness checks and a distraction-free interface, it strips away the noise and brings your phone back to its essentials.
Integrated key backend features using Node.js and Express, including MailChimp for email automation and Stripe for secure subscription-based payment processing. These enhancements enabled efficient data handling, seamless form submissions, and smooth user interactions across the platform.
Led the design and development of the admin dashboard for the Minimis Launcher, creating an intuitive interface for managing core application features. The dashboard includes dynamic data visualization tools for user management and system monitoring, with secure, real-time data updates. The dashboard is fully responsive across desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
Built a modern product information website in Next.js for the launch of Minimis AR glasses, designed to showcase product features and enable one-time preorders via Stripe integration. The site highlights the glasses' capabilities with responsive design, smooth navigation, and performance-optimized pages. Developed with scalability in mind for both marketing and future e-commerce.
